Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we have to protect our home business from losses that occur due to cancellations. To that end, our policy is a $25 cancellation fee if done more than 7 days in advance of the stay. If a cancellation occurs within the 7 days prior to the planned stay, the fee is for the total cost of the reservation. We will gladly waive this fee if we are able to fill the room, and only the $25 fee would be applied.

No Smoking inside the house.

Outside Footwear is to be removed in the entrance.

Check-in: 1pm (1300). We will ask your arrival time to ensure that we are at home to greet you.
